Lauren “Lo” Roxburgh is an international presenter and author of the best-selling book ‘Taller, Slimmer, Younger – 21 Days to a Foam Roller Physique. Lo is certified in the fields of Structural Integration, classical Pilates, nutrition, and pre/post natal yoga. She is a body alignment specialist, fascia and movement healer and has worked with some of the world’s top athletes and celebrities.
Named the “Body Alignment Pro” by Vogue and dubbed “The Body Whisperer” by Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop.com, Lo has also been listed as one of 8 Tech Pioneers to watch by Entrepreneur magazine and one of the “Hottest Trainers in America” by Shape magazine.
Her method is designed to improve posture, release tension and stress, activate core and intrinsic muscles, and increase connectivity and flexibility.
